The Cleveland Police are searching for a suspect who self-proclaimed to have shot and killed at least one man live on Facebook Sunday afternoon.
The suspect has been identified as Steve Stephens 6 foot 1, weighs 244 pounds and is bald with a full beard.
He was last seen driving a white Ford Fusion with temporary tags, wearing a dark blue, and gray or black striped polo shirt according to descriptions.
The murder happened on East 93rd in Cleveland. Police said the shooter “broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are yet to be verified.”
The man posted on Facebook: “I killed 15 today because of Joy Lane.” Stephens called his murder spree his “Easter day slaughter.”
The Cleveland Division of the FBI has been called in and is assisting in the ongoing investigation and manhunt.
Stephens is considered extremely armed and dangerous if seen notify authorities immediately.
The Mayor Frank Jackson and Chief of Police Calvin Williams are expected to give a press conference shortly.
