BREAKING: Assassination Attempt On Germany’s Angela Merkel By Armed Man

We Are Change

Czech police stopped an armed man in a black Mercedes from joining German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s motorcade during her visit to the Prague capital today to meet Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka of Czech Republic.

It’s suspected he was trying to assassinate Angela Merkel. The plot has been averted and security forces are investigating.

Police spokesman Josef Bocan said, “The perpetrator has been detained. He is suspected of attempting to cause a crime – specifically an attempt to use violence against an official. The incident is currently being investigated by Prague detectives.”

No motivation for the attack has been released.

There is a growing anger in Germany over the crimes and rapes committed by the tens of thousands of migrants Merkel has ushered into the country.

ISIS itself has also not taken credit for the attack. ISIS has called for further attacks across Europe in a propaganda video a few days prior to this assassination attempt. Today’s incident comes as terror levels have been raised high in Europe after a series of random attacks against innocent civilians across Europe leaving scores injured and hundreds dead.

In the video, a Jihadist can be heard encouraging further attacks saying –

“So brothers, when you have any chance to kill one of those American of French infidels or any of those who support them, take it. You can smash his head with a stone, slaughter him, run him over by car, throw him off a roof, strangle him or even poison him. The important thing is not to hesitate or give up and let your goal be to kill this infidel or die trying.”
